Emily Griffiths

Research Associate

Emily joined Connor Associates in 2017 with over 10 years of research and analysis experience, during which she presented the market health/opportunities and customer experience in various businesses and industries. With a graduate degree in business, she has worked in client services, at public companies and with private practice and nonprofit groups.

She started her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young, focusing on IT, financial, and operational attestation and compliance. She then joined Nordstrom and transitioned to market research and analysis, and earned an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (Seattle).  After graduation, Emily worked for Nordstrom in corporate strategy.

Emily has gained a broad range of experience in her near 15-year career.  This includes identifying and creating risk management programs, managing staff across locations, teaming with a design firm to conduct marketing research for service line branding and innovation, presenting market opportunities on new and existing businesses, and performing customer service and human capital analysis.

She has also spent time volunteering on boards and consulting with small businesses and non-profits on their employee, customer and operational strategies. Emily currently lives in the Bay Area with her family.
