Susan Zwillinger

Enrollment Feasibility and Forecasting Analyst

Susan a certified Geographic Information Systems professional and a self-proclaimed “data geek”. Her goal is to uncover blind spots and opportunities by showing companies and organizations their data on a map. In her role as Principal Consultant for 4CGeoWorks, she has partnered with Connor Associates since 2014 to provide forecasting analysis for a variety of private schools across the country. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science with a Secondary Education Certificate from Cedarville University, with graduate courses in GIS from Ohio University. 

Susan has over 20 years of experience making maps and doing spatial analysis in a wide variety of business applications for retailers, real estate, banks, insurance companies, healthcare and environmental services as well as government applications.  She was an early adopter and reseller of Esri’s Business Analyst product when it was introduced in 1999 and she continues to support many Esri customers with consulting, training, analysis, and implementation services for this highly specialized mapping and analytics application.  In recent years she has also provided web-based and enterprise application services. 

Susan uses her communication skills to provide business analyst services to define requirements and plan strategies to meet business objectives.  She enjoys training others to help them incorporate maps and spatial analysis into their work.  Susan is also a project manager for application development projects that focus on master data management and business intelligence.  Susan shares her experience with her professional community by giving presentations at local and national GIS conferences.

Susan is based on Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she lives with her husband. Having spent most of her childhood in the Amazon region of Brazil, she loves to travel and experience different cultures and landscapes.
